1. Who we are

This website (devebo.com, the "Site") is operated by CARPEBO Single Member P.C., a private company with sole shareholder established under the laws of the Hellenic Republic, registered office at 2nd km Xanthis – Lagous, 67100 Xanthi, Greece, trading under the name "Devebo" ("Devebo", "we", "us").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a marketing and informational presence for Devebo. It describes our services (WordPress development, AI product development, UI/UX design), showcases our own products (notably SEO Merlin), and provides a means to contact us. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of Xanthi, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save where mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
